“Artist´s Work” is a performance that took place at the exhibition “Keine Zeit” of the Museum 21er Haus, Vienna, that consisted in cleaning the Museum during the opening of the exhibition.
The action focuses on questioning the institutional space in contrast to the daily life of artists, especially immigrants. It adapts the general tendency towards the schizophrenic labors of artists in the contemporary economy into a performance where the precarious life conditions of artists are brought inside the museum.
